Welcome to Martina Group

Located in the lovely village of Smilyan, Guest Houses Martina are situated in the heart of the Rhodope mountains. The two separate houses with traditional Rhodopean architecture and fine stone and woodwork interior, share a spacious and beautifully landscaped garden. It is lush in greenery and features a separate building with barbeque and a fire place, a stone water cascade and a draw-well with clear fresh water. 

The Old House has three Double and one Triple Rooms with a total capacity of 9 beds. All rooms have garden view, Wi-Fi, TV and separate bathrooms. One room has its own fire place.

The New House has two double rooms with a shared bathroom and a 4-bed maisonette for a total of 8 guests. The 2-floor maisonette includes a garden view terrace and two bathrooms. All rooms have Wi-Fi and TV.

The houses share a garden, a separate barbecue building and a spacious tavern with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Bike rental is available as well as guided tours to nearby attractions. We're also offering homemade traditional Rhodopean food such as XXX (Klin), XXX (Patatnik) or roasted lamb (Cheverme). Please contact us for additional information. 

Guesthouse Martina Sokolovtsi can host up to 10 guests. It is fully equipped and tastefully designed, including a closed barbecue in a beautiful green garden. Even though  recently renovated, the building has kept its original charm and history, dating back to 1930s. Sokolovtsi is famous for its clean air, picturesque nature and its 40 bridges, because of which it became famous as the Rhodopean Venice. It is just a few km away from Momtchilovtsi village, hosting an annual festival of the Bulgarian yogurt. 

The house has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a shared bathroom as well as a living room with fireplace and a bed for 2 persons. The second floor hosts 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom.
